The Customer Transition Guide will provide you with information and resources to help guide you through changes to 90 of our list numbers. These changes, will occurr during the Fall 2007 - Winter 2008 timeframe. The changes will include:

• Injection port location and size
• Units per case
• Overwrap tear-notch location
• Irrigate bottles (discontinuation of non-reclosable formats)
• Expiry dates
• Injection port (elimination in some products)
• Fill Volumes

Clinically, the most important change is the transition to the new LifeCare solution bag where the injection port location and size have been modified. As such, our training resources will focus primarily on this change.

  containing training resources supporting the transition to the new LifeCare solution bag.
• Download a complete spreadsheet of the old and new list numbers and case counts which will allow Materials Managers and Buyers to make adjustments to ordering databases
• Download the procedure to evacuate air out of the new LifeCare Solution Bag for ambulatory patients and homecare settings.
